We got this phone to go with the set of 3 we already had. It works perfectly. The greatest convenience these phones offer is that we can have a phone in any room without having to get new jacks. Just plug it in to an electrical outlet and you have an extension. The reception is good even if it is away from the base. The user can retrieve messages from any extension. It also works as an intercom system between rooms if needed. I do have some problem with the sound quality at times. I haven't been able to adjust the volume to my liking and sometimes the caller's voice is too loud to comple...
