We've had the white portable Maytag for about a year now. It cleans well, is not obnoxiously loud (from the garage) but fairly load if you are in the same room. It cleans well; you have to make sure you rinse any heavy food clumps. The connector to the faucet so far hasn't leaked (although it took a bunch of different faucet adapters to find the right one). The adapter has to extend down a ways to allow for a good grip by the connector., I, like the previous reviewer, had been extremely happy with my previous Maytag portable- it probably saved my marria...
