I bought this phone primarily because of the features but also because of the dependability I've experienced with other Panasonic products. This phone replaces two other phones, one corded and one cordless, which were failing. The third phone I own is one of the old Panasonic 950 mghz models. I especially like the display which is large and clear. It took me a while to learn the Outlook plug in (auto dial) feature because I didn't read the instructions.
