I bought this phone primarily because of the features but also because of the dependability I've experienced with other Panasonic products. This phone replaces two other phones, one corded and one cordless, which were failing. The third phone I own is one of the old Panasonic 950 mghz models. I don't have to replace that one yet as it continues to work flawlessly after 12+ years. It's lived through a lot of use and abuse (three teenagers) and has only required a battery replacement. I hope the KX-TG66...
